Karen Philipps joined the Student Services Staff as a program assistant II April 26, 2004. She previously worked as a program assistant for 12 1/2 years at the Wausaukee Ranger Station in Wausaukee, WI and for 8 months at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Remediation and Redevelopment office in Green Bay, WI.
