Professor Larissa Hogan teaches Zoo 234 and 235. She studied at UW-Milwaukee, UW-Whitewater, the UW Pigeon Lake Field Station, and Carroll College in Helena, Montana, as well as the University of Innsbruck at Innsbruck, Austria, and the Ukrainian Catholic University in Rome, Italy. Her master’s work was done with Mustela vison, titled “The Histology of the Accessory Glands of the Male Mink.” This work confirms the presence of accessory reproductive glands as well as the morphological changes which occur throughout the animal’s natural breeding cycle.
