Cindy Goldsmith is the Distance Learning/Network Technician at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College who received her bachelor’s degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburg Online. She teaches Digital Photo Enhancement I classes at NWTC and is an independent web developer. At UW-Marinette she teaches ART 216, Digital Design.
