Maureen Frawley began working at UW-Marinette as the English as a Second Language Instructor for the Central American Scholarship Program (CASS) in 1988.

In 1990, she accepted the position of Public Information Director for the campus in addition to her duties as ESL instructor. In 1991, she became the CASS Director while continuing to handle the duties of the campus PR officer. In 1998, her position as University Relations Director was expanded to full-time. She is responsible for campus publicity and publications. She is also the advisor for the Manifest student newspaper.
