Dr. Erdman, hired in 1995 to teach anatomy and physiology courses, is also the Cooperative Extension Director for Michigan State University Extension. He has also worked as a microbiologist for the U.S. Departmentof Agriculture and as an Energy Conservation Specialist for Menominee County, Michigan. On the side, he is the brewmaster for the Railhouse Restaurant and Brewery.
