Dr. Bugaj has taught psychology and education courses at UW-Marinette since 1989. Previous to moving to Marinette, he taught at UW-Richland. He received the Kaplan Fellow Award in 1999 as well as "Teacher of the Year" awards in 1991 and 1993. His current research focuses on classroom techniques, including distance education pedagogy. He also gives talks to community organizations on conflict resolution, and communicating for effective interaction.
