BOOKSTORE ADVANCE RESERVATIONS FOR SPRING 2010

 

Want a better way to get the best shot at used books?

Tired of standing in long lines the first day the bookstore is open?

 

We have the solution!

Reserve your books in advance! It's simple!

 

1. Fill out and send in the book reservation form starting November 11, 2009 for SPRING, 2010.
2. Your request must be received at the bookstore on or after November 11, 2009 and by January 15, 2010.
3. Come to the bookstore at YOUR convenienceduring the pick-up times.
4. If you can't come during the scheduled time, you must make other arrangements with the bookstore, otherwise your books will be returned to the shelves for other students.

*Pick-up Days/Times for Book Reservations:

• Monday, January 18 - Bookstore closed
• Tuesdy, January 19- TBA
• Wednesday, January 20- TBA
• Thursday, January 21- TBA
• Friday, January 22- TBA

* Watch your email for the exact dates of reservation pickup and regular sales!

*After-hours appointments are available. Call 715-735-4346 and leave a message for Kathy, including your name, telephone number, and time you are requesting or email mntbook@uwc.edu.

Fine print:

First come, first served -- Book requests will be filled in the order received.
No obligation -- You are not obligated to buy any of the books you’ve requested.
Return policy -- Same as usual (same condition as purchased, during the first ten days of the semester WITH your receipt).
Didn’t reserve your books in advance? --You’ll have to wait until January 23 (9am to 4 pm).
Need some of the books you requested, but not others? – buy only the ones you need.

Need to change a reservation? – Submit a new book request form for ALL the books you will need. You will retain the earlier date for the books you are keeping, but will be assigned the later date for the new books (last date to submit a book request for any reason is January 14, 2009).
Need to cancel the ENTIRE book request? – send us an email with “Entire Book Reservation Cancellation” in the subject line (no deadline for cancellation).
