Learn About UW-Marinette
TECHNOLOGY IN THE CLASSROOM
The University of Wisconsin-Marinette is proud to equip our classrooms with the finest and up-to-date technology for classroom instruction. Larger lecture classrooms and science laboratories are equipped with Internet connected computers and video projection equipment which casts a large image, visible in all seats. Many of the lecture rooms are also equipped with document cameras for showing opaque and three-dimensional items. VHS and DVD are available and are projected through the video projectors for enhanced learning. Overhead projectors are in every room that has a screen. Every classroom has a network and telephone jack for connecting to the outside world.
The IT Department also provides valuable services to aid your instructional and educational experience. We offer video services, computer and software consultation, digital and conventional photography, digital and conventional audio recording, and anything you can think of.
