NACA (National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics) - Electronic database of reports from the NACA. Reports date from 1917-1958.
National Environmental Publications Information System (NEPIS) - Contains over 10,000 full-text technical and popular documents from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Covers 1990 to the present.
National Technical Information Service - The largest resource for government-funded scientific, engineering, technical, and business information. Most information must be ordered through the NTIS or might be found at your local government depository.
NTRS: NASA Technical Reports Server - Indexes journal articles, technical reports, mission-related operational documents, technical videos, and conference meeting reports. NASA also indexes reports and data outside of NASA. Coverage spans from 1958 to the present with some full-text available.

Science Inventory (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) - A searchable database of EPA science activities and technical work products. The information in this database provides information on current and recently completed scientific activities conducted by the EPA.
TRIS Online (Transportation Research Information Service) - An index of transportation research covered in journals, books, technical reports, and government reports. Most citations have abstracts. Covers 1960-Present.
