FACILITY RENTAL

When UW-Marinette facilities are not being used for classes or other campus programs, they may be available to area individuals or organizations. Some facilities are available at no cost to non-profit organizations; for others, there is a fee. Outdoor Facilities: The softball field, soccer field and nature trail are open to the public.

Meeting Rooms: Your club or organization may meet in a classroom or meeting room on campus. In addition to rooms, equipment such as TV/VCRs, slide projectors and screens, overhead projectors, etc. may be available. Rental Policy

Field House and Pool: the campus gym, with shower and locker facilities, and the weight room with universal gym weight equipment may also be available. The pool schedule is available in the main office or at the University YMCA.

Theatre: Located in the Fine Arts Building, the 360-seat theatre may also be available for programs or concerts. Piano rental can be arranged. Dressing rooms may also be available. For an additional fee, special lighting and sound equipment may be used.

The Conference Center includes the Performance Hall and Seminar Room. Located in the Fine Arts Building, the Performance Hall seats 80 and may be used as a rehearsal or performance space. The seminar room, which seats 30, is surrounded by the sculpture garden and overlooks the bay. It is an ideal meeting room for community groups.

Art Gallery: Located in the Fine Arts Building, the art gallery may be available for exhibits by local and national artists.

Affiliated Food Services: Scoops Sports Cafe provides cafeteria service for the campus and may be available to provide meals or snacks for your group when it meets on campus. For more information, contact John Wettstein by calling 715-735-4338.
