shaffer

Elizabeth Shaffer: This is my third year here at UW-Marinette. I enjoy writing both creatively and academically, and have a passion for reading. I have taken ENG 101 and 102, as well as several literature courses and a communications course. I have also composed several papers in other disciplines. I have participated in peer review on many occasions, and found that often times it is the key to successful academic writing. I encourage everyone to utilize the writing lab, and I look forward to the opportunity, not only to help you polish your writing, but to share ideas with my fellow scholars!

budish Hello everyone, my name is Dani Budish and I am a graduate from Peshtigo High School class of 2008. As of now, I am currently enrolled in my third semester here at UW Marinette, where I will be tutoring in the writing lab. Since I have been here, I have taken English 101/102 and also participated in one of the college’s highly comical newspapers called the Quill. In a nutshell, I am happy to report that I have a fairly strong English background that I would love to share with whoever needs some guidance or even an extra push. So come on in and feel free to stop by and see me with any questions you may have.
smith Nicole Smith: I am currently returning for my second year at UW Marinette. I am hoping to get my degree in human resources with a specialization in management. I really enjoy reading and writing and make an attempt to pursue it actively. This semester I received an invitation to join Phi Theta Kappa, which will enable me to be more active in the student body. I have taken a literature course and some others which have required some paper writing, and up to this point I have been successful. Hopefully I will now be able to help other students succeed!
