Phil moved to Marinette in 2008 from Phoenix, Arizona and, no, the winters do not make him regret leaving Phoenix. He joined the IIT Department at UW-Marinette in December of 2010 with 15+ years of experience in Information Systems. Prior experience includes: Communications Specialist with the US Army (Alaska), Intel Corp., Abbot Labs, Assistant Network Admin for an Arizona school district, and support of several local networks as a contract network administrator through Cyberzone.
